What will you do?

You will start within team Blue Sponsorship Impact. This team conducts market research for international sports organizations and sports sponsors. As a Junior Research Manager, you will discover the research profession by working with your teammates on international research projects for clients in the sports industry. You'll contribute to our goal of delivering smart, actionable and visually appealing results to clients. We'll teach you all about doing research in the sports and sponsorship world so that over time you can take on more and more responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will do the project management from A to Z for our ongoing research for example international soccer leagues, Formula 1 teams and sports sponsors such as PlayStation, FedEx and Amazon. Communication about our projects is mostly in English.
  • Together with your experienced colleagues from the team, you will think about the research design, analyze results and ensure that we provide feedback on the outcomes in a convincing, attractive and effective way.
  • You will work with our partners and vendors to ensure that online surveys are of high quality and that we invite the right audiences to the survey.
  • You will create visually appealing online reports in our dashboarding tool, which match our clients' requirements.
  • By constantly evaluating your projects and work with your colleagues, you learn quickly and keep looking to improve yourself and the team.

A starting salary of €2,557.

A good command of the Dutch language and living in the Netherlands is a requirement for this position.
