As a researcher you will mainly work on research in the field of Customer Experience. An entrepreneurial character and a touch of self-conceit make us happy! In combination with your hands-on mentality -which has made us big in Rotterdam- you will contribute to the realization of Blauw's plans and strategy. Want to go down a storm? You are not afraid of that, because you are convinced that this is the only way you can learn fast.

As a Research Consultant Customer Experience, you will work from A to Z on a variety of research projects. From recognizing and translating customer needs into a research design to writing and presenting the research results. You proactively communicate with the client about the progress and coordination of operational issues of the project. You work independently, but always have a colleague by your side, with whom you collaborate on projects.

What will you do?

  • Recognize and translate client needs into a winning research proposal;
  • Managing CX projects in which you are involved from A to Z;
  • Translate research findings into concrete adjustments in strategy, processes, services and communications;
  • Provide presentations, workshops and interactive sessions for clients;
  • Spreading your expertise by writing a blog, challenging other colleagues and training juniors, for example.

We have a perfect match if:

  • You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for Customer Experience;
  • You are a driven, quantitative researcher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • You have experience at a research firm, but this is not necessarily required;
  • You handle research data well using SPSS and Excel;
  • You have a commercial focus and are able to achieve set goals;
  • You possess a strong customer-oriented drive;
  • You are communicative, proactive and ambitious. You are open to feedback and are not afraid to give it;
  • You feel at home in an open, flat and self-organizing organization.
