What will you do?

You will work within Blauw's Customer Experience team, which helps organizations in the Netherlands improve their services and create enthusiastic and loyal customers. You will have the opportunity to:

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will be involved in the entire research process from the beginning:

  • Collaborate and learn: Together with a senior researcher, you will figure out how to use customer experience surveys to help clients further improve their services.
  • Setting up and managing research: You will be responsible for setting up research and project management from A to Z. You will draft questionnaires or devise assignments for online communities. You will also supervise the execution and ensure quality.
  • Client Communication: You proactively keep clients informed of progress and coordinate schedules and next steps.
  • Analysis and reporting: Together with a senior researcher, you analyze the results, whether from a dataset or stories from an online community. You translate these insights into a report that provides valuable guidance for the client.
  • Evaluation and improvement: After the presentation of the results, you evaluate the project and your own contribution with both your team and the client. Together you discuss what went well and where there is room for improvement.

We are a match if:

  • You are a curious and driven junior researcher with a passion for customer experience
  • You are naturally curious about what makes customers happy and how to become more customer-centric
  • You already have some experience with SPSS then this is a plus, but not a requirement
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious and have the drive to continuously develop yourself
