As HR Manager at Blauw, you are responsible for HR policy and are a true sparring partner for the management team at a strategic level. In addition, together with our HR officer, you will ensure that the Employee Journey, from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between, is an inspiring adventure.  

Who are you?

You like a dynamic work environment and are not easily upset. You like the challenge of working all round and can switch well between strategic, tactical and operational activities. You like working independently, have a high sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented way of working.  

You have at least HBO+ work/thought level preferably education in the field of Human Resource Management and have at least 5 years of experience in an HR function at Medior/Senior level. In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with AFAS.

What will you do?

As HR Manager, you will have a versatile position and work closely with all Blauwers, both management and employees. We expect you to:

  • takes the initiative for developments in HR with regard to binding and exciting employees (labor market approach, recruitment and selection, education & training, performance management, organization design, terms and conditions of employment);
  • Be keen on legal developments relevant to Blue and adapt HR procedures, in consultation, so that they meet legal requirements and fit Blue.  
  • Advises the organization on implementation of HR policies and HR processes  
  • Together with the HR Officer, be the point of contact for all Blue employees for both operational and personal HR matters.
  • Together with the HR officer, performs operational activities related to personnel administration. This includes personnel and payroll administration in AFAS, keeping staff directory up-to-date, etc.
