Who are you?

You have knowledge of and/or affinity for online platforms (forums/blogs) and Social Media and have a highly developed sense of responsibility. You have good communication skills and can communicate concisely and clearly. A good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written) is a requirement. You have a creative, appealing and clear writing style and know how to put a message on paper in a fun way.

In a short time you can screen a lot of information and separate the main issues from the less important ones. You are proactive and before we have even asked, you are on top of things. You have mastered the operation of software. It is important that you are structured and can plan your own work independently. Research communities live 24/7, so flexibility is important. In terms of personality, you are assertive and stress resistant.

What will you do?

As Community Manager, you are the face of the research community. You moderate, you know exactly what is going on and are the link between the community members and the project manager who maintains contact with the customer. You keep the research community active and also have a clear signaling function towards the project manager and the client, but for example also towards the software suppliers when it comes to 'bugs' or improvements around the online platform.

Your duties include:

  • Launching and managing an online platform;
  • Recruit new members in cooperation with external parties;
  • First point of contact for community members regarding questions and comments;
  • Keeping community members active by posting new topics (opening forum topics, putting questionnaires and assignments online), writing newsletters and handing out rewards.
  • You regularly consult with the project managers and set out actions
  • You coordinate requirements and wishes with the software supplier regarding the online platform.

Online community research has developed enormously over the past two years and is the fastest growing innovative method in market research at the moment. And at Blauw we regularly deploy this method for various clients as well.

The starting salary is between € 2,400, - and € 3,600, -.
