Nominees for Golden Speaker 2024 are Florius, ING and Mint Mortgages

The survey is very comprehensive and is designed to help mortgage lenders gain insights to determine, track their position in the market and provides tools to improve their performance.

In addition, the research results also serve as the basis for the nominations of the Gouden Spreekbuis. Based on the development and score on key metrics, Blauw also nominates three providers each year who have done best on these metrics. This year they are: Florius, ING and Mint Mortgages.  

Florius, ING and Munt Hypotheken have made the most progress and highest scores based on the most recent survey results from the Mortgage Lenders Image Blueprint. The key metrics here are: awareness, image, preferred position and service.  

Judging Golden Talker

Nominees are invited to substantiate their nominations before a five-member jury, which ultimately determines which of the three nominated providers wins the award. The jury will naturally take the survey results into account in its assessment, as well as look at other criteria. This year, particular attention will be paid to the way in which providers have implemented the agreements regarding raising sustainability among consumers.  

The jury for the Golden Speakership 2024 consists of:

• Alex Klein - editor-in-chief Infinance

• Rolad van der Linde - member Board of Directors National Mortgage Guarantee

• Nico Stolwijk - manager external relations and positioning Vereniging Eigen Huis
