As a Research Consultant, you will primarily be involved in conducting research. We appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit and a touch of assertiveness! Combined with your hands-on mentality – a trait we’ve embraced in Rotterdam – you will contribute to the realisation of Blauw’s plans and strategy. Not afraid to occasionally fail? You will work on various research projects from start to finish. This includes identifying and translating client needs into a research design, right through to writing and presenting the research results. You will proactively communicate with the client about progress and the coordination of operational project matters. You will work independently, but always have a colleague by your side with whom you collaborate on projects.
What will you do?
- Identify and translate client needs into a winning research proposal;
- Manage projects from start to finish;
- Translate research results into concrete adjustments in strategy, processes, services, and communication;
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions for clients;
- Share your expertise by, for example, writing a blog, challenging other colleagues, and training junior staff.
We are a match if:
- You possess knowledge of and enthusiasm for market research;
- You are a driven, quantitative researcher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- You have experience at a research agency, though this is not strictly essential;
- You are proficient in handling research data using SPSS and Excel;
- You have a commercial focus and are capable of achieving set goals;
- You possess a strong client-oriented drive;
- You are communicative, proactive, and ambitious. You are open to feedback and not afraid to give it;
- You feel at home in an open, flat, and self-organising environment.
