All case studies.
Danone
Danone wanted to expand its HiPRO product line with a new protein bar to be stocked in the supermarket’s chilled aisle. The product combines characteristics of both the chilled and shelf-stable high-protein categories: high protein content, a premium experience, and a competitive price. Blauw was commissioned to research the potential of the HiPRO Dairy Bar on the shelves to determine whether the product should be added to Danone’s portfolio and, if so, at what price.
New Product Development
Video on Demand
The ability to watch a programme, film, or video via Video on Demand (VOD) anytime, on multiple devices, wherever and whenever you want, has become indispensable. Almost everyone uses VOD occasionally, and the number of providers is also increasing. In a customer journey study, we examined what content is relevant at what time of day (and/or year) and how providers can best bring this to the attention of the right people. As a provider, how can you encourage users to spend more time on your platform and thus achieve a preferred (top-of-mind) position as a platform?
Customer Experience
Vattenfall
Vattenfall is one of the largest providers in the large-scale business energy market. Naturally, Vattenfall aims to maintain and further expand this position. To achieve this, it is crucial to continuously be aware of your customers’ needs and experiences, to remain in dialogue with them, and to continuously improve based on these insights. Vattenfall Business has been working with Blauw Research’s Voice of the Customer programme for several years to this end. This programme continuously gathers insights into customer experience and provides Vattenfall with the tools to implement structural improvements for sustainable customer relationships.
Customer Experience
Evides
Evides considers it important to give the customer a voice internally. They do this through their online customer panel, where Blauw presents various challenges to their customers. However, to truly give the customer a face, we recently also organised a Customer Arena for Evides, where employees engaged in conversation with customers themselves to hear about their experiences, needs, and expectations.
Customer Experience
Etos
Etos aims to increase its market share among Millennial Mums. This is a dynamic target group that is difficult to reach. This group of pregnant women and new mothers is constantly evolving, and there is significant competition within the sector, both from physical stores and online.
Brand strategy
Bol (customer journey)
The online retail world is in a state of flux. Borders are blurring and webshops such as Amazon and AliExpress are entering the Dutch market. Bol is the market leader in the Netherlands and is keen to maintain this position by offering its customers the best possible shopping experience.
