ING has won the Golden Voice Award for Mortgage Providers. The mortgage provider demonstrated the strongest development during this 27th edition. ING has a clear vision for the future of the mortgage market and the ability to continuously listen to customers and intermediaries. Their concept of “financial resilience” and their focus on both functional and emotional customer preferences are considered progressive. ING continues to perform strongly through their commitment to excellent service, competitive pricing, and sustainability, which has allowed them to excel in the market.

In addition to ING, Florius and Munt Hypotheken were also nominated. These three providers owe their nomination to a very positive development in their results in the Image Blueprint for Mortgage Providers. Ultimately, the professional jury determined the winner.

The Golden Voice Award is presented to the mortgage provider that has shown the best development over the past year in terms of communication, image, brand awareness, and service. Image and performance are measured among advisors who collaborate with the provider.
This year, the Golden Voice Award for Providers 2024 was presented at HypoVak.
