This year, the Golden Spreekbuis Mortgage Lenders goes to Obvion. During this 28th edition, the mortgage lender showed the strongest development compared to the previous year. Obvion presents itself as a provider of the ‘ideal mix’: professional and efficient, yet warm and accessible. The organisation consciously chooses quality in its collaboration with advisers, which accelerates processes and improves results. With rising NPS scores, a strong commitment to sustainability, digitalisation, and social responsibility, Obvion demonstrates that decisive choices and genuine humanity can go hand in hand. <\/p>\n

Alongside Obvion, ING and Rabo Intermediair were also nominated. The three lenders owe their nomination to a very positive development in their results in the Image Blueprint Mortgage Lenders, Blauw’s research among independent mortgage advisers. Ultimately, the professional jury determined the winner. <\/p>\n

  The jury sees three lenders that have clearly developed over the recent period and demonstrate that the relationship with intermediaries is a strategic priority. ING<\/strong> distinguishes itself through innovation and forward-thinking, with a strong role for the personal team alongside rapid digitalisation. Rabobank<\/strong> has proven that a fundamental change of course, in which listening to advisers is central, can lead to structural improvements and a strong recovery of trust. Obvion<\/strong> shows that it is possible to combine professionalism and human warmth, where clear choices lead to both efficiency and appreciation.<\/p>\n

  Together, the three nominees show that collaboration with intermediaries is evolving: more personal, more sustainable, and more innovative than ever. The jury compliments all three parties on the results achieved and the ambition to further advance the profession. <\/p>\n

  About the research<\/strong><\/p>\n

  The Golden Spreekbuis is awarded to the mortgage lender that has shown the best development over the past year in the areas of communication, image, awareness, and service. The image and performance are measured among advisers who work with the lender. The presentation of the Golden Spreekbuis Lenders 2025 took place at HypoVak again this year. <\/p>\n
